Brian Levin is an attorney with Dimond Kaplan & Rothstein, P.A. in the Miami office.
Mr. Levin grew up in Michigan and graduated from James Madison College at Michigan State University with a B.A. in Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy, cum laude. He then moved to Miami, Florida and attended the University of Miami School of Law where he graduated cum laude and was a member of the University of Miami Business Law Review.
Mr. Levin began his legal career as a law clerk at Boies Schiller & Flexner, LLP, a national law firm, where he specialized in securities law and general complex commercial litigation. After graduation from law school, he worked for Gilbride Heller & Brown, P.A. a boutique securities litigation defense firm, where he represented the largest hedge fund administrator in the world. Mr. Levin left Gilbride Heller & Brown, P.A. to join Dimond Kaplan & Rothstein, P.A.
At Dimond Kaplan & Rothstein, PA, Mr. Levin focuses his law practice on securities arbitration and litigation, representing investors in stockbroker misconduct matters, as well as plaintiff-side class action litigation, and corporate divorce matters. Mr. Levin has been named a "Top Up-and-Comer" by the South Florida Legal Guide and Florida Trend magazine, as well as a "Rising Star" by Superlawyers magazine. He is a member of the Dade County Bar Association, the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association, the Anti-Defamation League, the Greater Miami Jewish Federation, Business Network International, as well as being an active fundraiser for the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America.
