D. Andrew Joseph

Andrew Joseph is an associate attorney in Dimond Kaplan & Rothstein’s Miami office, where he focuses his practice on civil litigation, including business disputes, personal injury, and cases involving securities arbitration and investment losses, an area of focus for Dimond Kaplan & Rothstein, P.A.

Prior to joining Dimond Kaplan & Rothstein, Mr. Joseph practiced at Wicker Smith where he focused on insurance defense litigation including cases involving medical malpractice, personal injury, negligent security, and premises liability. Prior to joining Wicker Smith, he practiced at two prominent South Florida law firms where he primarily handled intellectual property prosecution & litigation, and insurance defense litigation.

Admitted to practice in the state of Florida in 2014, Mr. Joseph is an active member of The Dade County Bar Association, Young Lawyers Section and American Bar Association. While not practicing law, Mr. Joseph enjoys traveling, sports and music. He is fluent in Spanish.

Mr. Joseph obtained his undergraduate degree in Finance from Florida State University in 2009. He then earned his Juris Doctor in 2013 from Loyola University New Orleans, College of Law. While in law school, he completed a study abroad program at the University of Vienna, Austria where he studied international comparative law.
